[!] Google Api Error: Invalid request - Only releases with status draft may be created on draft app.You must create an Alpha channel release by going to Testing — Closed testing — Alpha — Manage track — Create a new release and upload your android bundle (or APK) file from build/app/outputs/bundle/release.
After uploading an app, just Review and roll out to the Alpha channel. You should be able to upload your app using fastlane.
